Mr. Romansky mentions that vertical farms can produce extra energy by making ethanol from plant waste. This rocks. So, these farms may or may not be good solutions to world hunger and population expantion. But it seems like they could *fantastic* parts of an energy/climate solution. Instead growing food, grow biofuels. Local, sustainable, carbon-neutral biofuels!
